Terms of Service

By purchasing any service from Swiss Global Services, you automatically agree to these terms.

By placing an order, completing a payment, or using any service provided by Swiss Global Services ("Swiss-GS"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service in full.

01. About

Swiss Global Services ("Swiss-GS", "we", "us") operates under Swiss jurisdiction and provides virtual private servers (VPS), dedicated servers, VPN services, and related hosting infrastructure. Our services are designed for customers who value privacy, and we operate in compliance with Swiss law.

02. Acceptable Use

You may use our services for any lawful purpose under Swiss law. We do not monitor or log your server activity, network traffic, or DNS queries. However, the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund:

If your server is found to be involved in any of the above, your service will be terminated immediately. No refund or credit will be issued. Any associated backups will be destroyed.

We operate under Swiss jurisdiction and do not process DMCA takedown requests. Content that is legal under Swiss law is permitted on our infrastructure.

03. Payments

We accept cryptocurrency payments exclusively. Payment methods include Bitcoin (BTC), Monero (XMR), USDT, and other cryptocurrencies via our BTCPay Server, Cryptomus, and Heleket payment gateways.

We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, or bank transfers. No KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required to purchase any service.

All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF). Invoices are generated automatically and payable upon receipt. Service activation occurs after on-chain payment confirmation.

04. Billing, Suspension & Termination

Services are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). Renewal invoices are generated automatically.

If payment is not received by the due date, your service will be suspended immediately. You will retain access to your account but your server will be stopped.

If payment is not received within 10 days of the invoice due date, your service — including all data and backups — will be permanently terminated. We do not retain copies of terminated accounts.

Due date → Immediate suspension → 10 days → Permanent termination (all data destroyed)

05. Refunds

Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions and the instant provisioning of our services, we do not issue cash refunds.

If you are unsatisfied with your service, you may request that the remaining balance be applied as account credit. Account credit can be used toward any Swiss-GS service and does not expire.

No refund or credit will be issued for services terminated due to abuse or violation of the Acceptable Use policy.

06. Service Level Agreement

We target 99.8% uptime for all VPS and dedicated server services, measured on a monthly basis. This excludes scheduled maintenance windows, which will be announced in advance when possible.

Our VPN service is provided on a best-effort basis and is not covered by the SLA.

In the event of downtime exceeding the 99.8% SLA, affected customers may request account credit proportional to the downtime experienced. Credit requests must be submitted via support ticket within 7 days of the incident.

07. Privacy & Data

We do not collect, store, or process personal identifying information beyond what is strictly necessary to deliver the service (an email address for account access and renewal notifications).

We do not log network traffic, server activity, DNS queries, or connection metadata. We strongly recommend that all customers enable full-disk encryption on their servers.

We operate our own mail server (Zimbra), our own payment processing (BTCPay Server), and our own network infrastructure (own ASN and IP space). No third-party service has access to our customer data because we do not share it and minimize what we collect.

08. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials, server access, and any activity that occurs on your server. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from weak passwords, unpatched software, or misconfigured services.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. While we may provide backup functionality, we do not guarantee the integrity or availability of backups and are not liable for data loss.

09. Limitation of Liability

Swiss Global Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in the current billing period.

We are not responsible for the content hosted on customer servers. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable laws in their own jurisdiction.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For significant changes that affect your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active customers via the email address associated with their account.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
